How do I return an item?

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the new, unopened item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee all returned items must be new, unopened, and in saleable condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item please contact us to request a replacement.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

  • Items that are abused.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Downloadable software products.

Partial Refunds may be considered for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Sending Your Return

Pack the item(s) along with the original packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, you will need to include the order number along with the package by printing the email receipt you received when you made your purchase or by logging in to your account on MentorMilitary.com and printing the receipt from there.
