We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. We fill the customs forms and ship directly to your address. Just type APO or FPO in the city field and AA, AE, or AP in the state field as appropriate.

Typical Delivery Times

Orders often ship on the day you place your order if placed before noon (central time). Some large quantitiy orders may require 2-3 business days to ship as we typically hold items until we can ship them all at one time to save you the hassle of having to keep track of multiple incoming shipments on different dates. All orders being delivered within the United States are assigned tracking numbers by your carrier of choice. International and APO orders are also tracked, but tracking information not always updated by overseas postal services.

How Are Shipping Rates Calculated?

GiPubs uses a live rate system that is integrated with USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated by the carrier using your postal code and comparing it to ours. Orders ship from Alabama. Orders are also subject to a $4 handling fee (only $2 for APO customers). This handling fee covers the costs of shipping materials and labor.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the new, unopened item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee all returned items must be new, unopened, and in saleable condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item please contact us to request a replacement.


The following items are not returnable:

  • Items that are abused.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Downloadable software products.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it.

How are partial refunds calculated?

Items that do not meet our return policy will receive only partial refunds:

  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
  • Any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

Sending Your Return

Pack the item(s) along with the original packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, you will need to include the order number along with the package by printing the email receipt you received when you made your purchase or by logging in to your account on MentorMilitary.com and printing the receipt from there.
